Review of Pure Pet Foods for Cats
December 3, 2017
I received a free box of Whisker Lickin Chicken and Surf & Turf from Pure Pet Foods in exchange for a Review of Pure Pet Foods for Cats.
I am not affiliated with Pure Pet Food Ltd in any way.
Please see below what Ceaser and Rocket thought of the products they tried….
Pure Pet Food arrived in a large well packed box and inside were the 2 boxes of food which also contained large plastic pouch, and comes with a scoop.

While I do not have a cat my sister-in-law has 2 and I thought this would be a great product for the cats to try.
Pure Pet Food https://purepetfood.co.uk/ are on a mission is to make healthy meals for your pets that are quick and easy to prepare.
Pure Pet Foods believe in providing not just cats (but dogs as well) with the natural goodness and nutrients found in raw and homemade food.
All Pure Pet Foods are made in a real kitchen where fresh and raw ingredients are prepared with a gentle method called dehydration.
Dehydration is a process that naturally preserves our human quality foods, whilst retaining their nutrients, without the need for the harsh cooking procedures involved in making edible and wet foods.
So you just add warm water for a nutritious meal for your cat.
The great thing is that these products are great for kittens or full-grown cats that may be fussy or sensitive eaters (as both Ceaser and Rocket are!)

Benefits of both products
- All natural foods which includes freeze-dried chicken and white fish. Grain and potato free with additional superfoods ingredients. Pefect for both cats and kittens
- Pure foods contain no rendered meats or derivatives, no wheat, corn or soya, colours, taste enhancers, sweeteners or any other nasty bits.
- Each 200g box converts to around 800g of pure cat food
- No prep (apart from adding water), your cat gets the goodness of a raw food diet and you do not need to store the food in a freezer.
It was very easy to make. You add half water and half freeze-dried food to the cats bowl and simply mix and leave for a few minutes.

The cats are very fussy and did smell the food for a while before tucking in and even finished the bowl. They have now had 4 servings of the products over the last few days and have not left any.
Storage – If kept in a cool, dry and dark place Pure food will last up to 12 months. Once water is added the food should be treated as fresh, refrigerated and used within 48 hours
Cost – for the 2 packs received the cost would be £22.99 and can be ordered from the website
https://purepetfood.co.uk/cats/cat-starter-packs
What was excellent is that the packs can be taken with you while out and about – simply add water.

Overall the cats loved the food, it did take them a while to get used to the flavours and sister-in-law said she would consider purchasing them again.
Seems like a great product, I’ll have to tell my sister about it. I don’t have pets myself but I just think pet food should be the same quality as that we feed ourselves.
Thank you. Yes I agree about the food which is why I agreed to do the blog post. Cats still enjoy eating the food!

Thank you. The cats liked the food!
